Awareness and Action: Helping Children Cope with Depression

Children experience stress and depression just like adults. Sometimes, we may not recognize the symptoms as they present in a variety of ways. I know this firsthand and share tips and present questions for you to reflect on as you become more aware and take action to help children cope with depression. [During this pandemic, these situations can become even more pronounced, and I hope this helps families during these difficult times.]
